Take Out the Nail (It’s Not About The Nail)

An oldie but goodie…

My take: We are often too afraid to change, even when everyone around us can see the cause of our pain.

“Just stop doing the thing that is causing you pain.” But, this means moving on from known habits and learned patterns—which is hard work.

Easier to stay stuck, comfortable in the pain we know. The change is risky and unknown.

Very hard to stop when you love doing the thing that causes your pain.
