As a long-time people manager with a maker mentality, I love to build.
In my career, I’ve often focused in a given role on one side or the other of the two-product effect:
- A winning product, the software
- A healthy, high-performing team, the people
When the team side is working well, the business of software seems to flow better.
Today, though—with help from Akshay and others, I see that there is truly no separation between these two areas.
My contribution covers both. I’m proud of both. They are one in the same.
