The test of innovation, as well as the test of “quality,” is not, “Do we like it?” It is “Do customers want it and will they pay for it?”

It is the ability to create and capture value.

For the highest value and impact we need to solve for customer pain points to drive business results for the company as a lasting competitive advantage.
